This Light Up Pet Collar Attachment works in conjunction with your pet's primary collar to improve visibility in low-light conditions. This attachment is not to be used as a pet tether and must be used with a collar rated for your pet's size and strength. To size, simply cut the collar attachment to the circumference of your pet's neck while leaving a two-finger gap between your pet and the light up material. Press the compression fitting over the material and screw it together around your pet's neck. This collar is Micro-USB rechargeable and features three modes: Steady On, Fast Flash, and Slow Flash.
